No Doubt that there are probably Win 70 lemons out there but my experience has been favorable and I have owned at least 6 Win 70's.I have had 3 Big Bores(2 x 375H&H and a 458WM)and thay have done well.

I must say that when I get a new bolt my "smith" buddie(not a real gunsmith)and I pull the stock and glass and bed the action as well as play with the action/magazine feeding by running rounds thru RAPIDO .No problem with bolt function,action function,or feeding has occured with factory ammo. Maybe I have just been lucky.

All my info on CZ has been secondhand.A friend GD has had real feeding problems with his and dislikes CZ's.I have never owned one personally.I do have a BRNO 602 action in a custom 416 Rigby that feeds and functions great!!

I didn't do anything to my Dakota because it feeds slick as glass, as good or better than any stock Win 70 I have had or have.
