Well it should feed, extract, and eject out of the box.
It should be accurate, out of the box.
You should not have to worry about bedding, free floating, stock splitting, out of the box.
It should have a good trigger, out of the box.
Scope mounts should be "square", and take the recoil, out of the box.
It should have a weather resistant finish, out of the box.
MMMMM.....
Sounds like a Blaser R 93 to me.
