Don't rush into anything as I think a little bird mentioned to me 6 months ago
that Winchester MAY be releasing a Mod 70 in 404 Jeffrey. I will try to find out
more this week.

If not, buy a M98, Brno 602 or CZ 550 Action and reballrel it - I know it's not
a Jeffrey 404 but they come up good.
