I can understand a Nosler falling apart, as the lead isn't bonded to the copper. But I don't recall hearing many (or any?) failure stories on buffalo with modern high-end bonded bullets such as A-frames, Woodleighs or North Forks. So I'm sure you'd be safe with any of the above three. There's also Trophy Bonded, and Rhino bullets to consider if you wish. Personally, I've been impressed with what I've heard from people using North Fork bullets, and have used them on Moose here at home successfully. I'd use them on buff too without hesitation.
