Thank you for your in put and in sight, To date I had planed on Harry McGowen of McGowen Rifle barrels to do the action and barrel work for me. I have spoken to him and he has sucgested 2 actions the Model 98 or a Exspress Mauser action. My thoughs were to go with the new action.

I had a 416 Remington made by harry many years ago. I was very happy with the Gun but not the Rounds performance. But I think that was a personal prefrance there.

Again thank you for your input and I have to say that being new to the Web site and Forum I am very impressed
