i would go a peepsight,but the classic safari sight is fine, the leupold 1,5-5x2 is a classic, but european optic is also good, there is the Czech Meopta, they have a 1,5-5x20 and I.O.R

they are rumanian scopemanufacturer that has made them together with help from Zeiss and Leica, they have many fine ones. the Zeiss Conquest is made in Germany , but assembled in USA. they are a good scope at a nice cost.
