To add my 2 cents worth to some of the other fine suggestions, I would manufacture it with upgraded wood (at least AAA) as standard, pillar bed it, and finish it off with a nice oil, or at least a nice satin finish. Add one of the newer generation red recoil pads. Add a satin finish to all metal parts. On anything .375 H&H and up, provide sights that are going to hold up.
