Are you making this up as you go along?

If you started with a Model 70 receiver why would you make the recoil lug half the size......then move the recoil lug back so you had less stock material behind the "new" little recoil lug.

Why would you make the tang with no bedding area and make it in such a way that the tang did not sit on top of the stock material?
