I've fallen in love with the various 577 Nitro rounds. Question is can a rifle for this calibre be built on a budget. I'm thinking a Ruger number 1 but wondered if the P14 303 action or after reading about the "Hell 12gauge" of Heubeuls if a bolt action shot gun action could be modified to accomodate the rimmed round. Heck I'm not likely to shoot dangerous game...just love super large chunks of lead being launched downrange. Any ideas?
