I think most agree that the .460 Weatherby is too much of a good thing. The .460 G&A was brought out to give the 500 gr. .458 bullet the magic 2400 fps sought by so many. This cartridge has since been eclipsed by the .458 Lott in terms of acceptance, although I'm not sure why. A .458 version of the Remington Ultra I would of thought would of been a natural turn of events, but as yet has not come about, at least not in a factory offering.

The .450 Rigby has a huge case, but if loaded to 2400, it would be a fine performer at low pressure.
