I think the membership of this forum prides itself on civility. A person's knowledge is not measured by how long he or she has been a member of this forum. I've seen quite a few instances where a brand new member has specific in-depth knowledge to contribute. Everyone benefits from the addition of new members who join with a genuine interest in the topics discussed here. In sum, the logical reaction to a new member should be an extended hand of welcome.

I agree that NitroExpress.com stands out for the good qualities you mentioned. That's why I'm here and not participating on other forums. There are quite a few who feel that way, I suspect.
