Yes it would. They will drop the comb/stock as much as I would like. I have a Ruger .350 rem mag with one of their stocks. Very nice! I like the look of the fish scale checkering, but I agree that a good, sharp checkering job would provide a better grip. They also say that the barrel lug would need to come off. The aluminum bed provides all of the structure/strength that the stock needs.
