Thank you. Yeah, California gun laws do suck. I'm confused about something though. I was talking to someone at my local range about his .470 and other big bore calibers and he mentioned that someone was shooting a .600 Nitro Express there not too long before. Does anyone know if they make exceptions for the Nitro Express rounds? If there is an exception, is anyone familar with what process is necessary to get an exception for a big bore round?
