Tony and Sarg,I am in complete agreeance with your comments as long as the person can cope with the recoil.
I have a mate who is very recoil shy ,however he is happy with and shoots confidently with the heavy projectiles in the 338wm. at around "2175 fps"
Ive seen the results.

I changed the mv after checking my records.
