Pressure will be lower with the Rigby and the ballistics can be souped up if you wish. Personally, I find that 500 gr. at about 2300 fps is enough for anything and the AHR won't get you that.
Just so you know, the 450 AHR is a necked down 500 Jeffery. It will easily get to 2300 fps and at a lower pressure than your 450 Rigby.
I agree with Dan (500grains) that the 458 Lott is the most practical. It also allows for more magazine capacity, which is a good thing from time to time.
