I had one for for shooting crippled elk for a couplr of years in .416. It worked very well for that purpose. I had no problems at all with it. you may want to ask luv2safari on this board as he had quite a bad time with several of them on a buff hunt.

I would buy another given a decent chance. I really liked that rifle.
