I would say 4 in Mag and one up the spout.

Even though they have deep magazines, I have a 505 Gibbs
and a 500 Jeff and I just couldn't see on a normal stocked rifle
how you would get 5 in the Mag.

However I am no expert in building bolt action rifles so it is a guess.
