Its a beautiful rifle Eagle. Mauser knew how to put together a beautiful rifle. It is interesting how some adaptations were done. The Jeffery in the earlier photos is serial number 16708 and mine is 16706 and they look to have been done a bit differently. Mine has a pretty large scallop at the receiver end and the charger opened and shaped but not removed like the earlier photos.
