My Mauser 404 in action with my first buff taken with a 400gr FMJ Parker Hale factory round at 2245fps MV (ammo made by Norma for PH back in the 70's). Instant drop DRT frontal chest shot at about 40m. Subsequent animals shot with a mix of Parker Hale's and handloads with 400gr RWS FMJ's, all performing perfectly.
