Might be the photo, but the Jeffery round appears to be larger in diameter from the base to the shoulder, than the .404-375 "improved".
Ahh - Google checked, the .404 Jeff. is .545" at the base, and .523" at the shoulder. Thus, it will likely have greater capacity than the .404/.375, due to the considerable capacity difference.
