I cannot speak to the CZ, but the M70 is a fine rifle. I have a box-stock M70 stainless classic in .375HH with several thousand rounds through it and it's accurate, tough, reliable, and well balanced. You should consider the Ruger MkII in .375HH. It's a little heavier than the M70 but it's everything the M70 is and more, an excellent tool. The Ruger is well worth twice the retail price.
