My very first biggie was a 458WM and I'd shoot squirrels with it. You know how squirrels like to conceal themselves on a thick branch, no problem, just shoot the branch and the critter just comes down in a couple of pieces. I used to have the time to drive out where I could just spend the whole day practicing on any running little critter I came upon. When you gotta work to build your poke before retiring, most things have to get back-burnered. Besides that, I've been trying to save for my first safari for over two years.
