I'd buy either but try to get the pre 64 if it is available.

However from memory Pre 64 Winchester's in 375H&H
did not have cross bolts (or the early ones didn't) and as
a result they split the stock at the tang.

Therefore you may have to have some modifications
done to it so it will last.
