My barrel is a Pac-Nor, but I do not know what twist, as I was a bit naive on the effect of twist on bullet penetration when I purchased the barrel. If building one today, I would definitely opt for a 1-10" twist. I am very satisfied with the accuracy of Pac-Nor barrels.
