I have talked with Mr. Ryan before, if I remember right, Bertram brass was making his brass.
Belting is done with home made taper dies that reduce diameter. Takes two dies to go from .470 to .453" {Rockchucker]
Then a final belt die that sets headspacing of the belt. [Arbor press]
Then.....a final clean-up on the ole South Bend.
