I've seen it in action on plains game and buffalo. I feel that the 375 just seems to have an edge.

That said, I was so impressed with the round that I'm having an '09 Argentine made into a 9,3 Brenneke. I may also have an early post war Husqvarna 30-06 re-bored to 9,3X62. I've used the 9,3X74R long enough now to have utmost respect for the bore!

The 9,3X64 seems to be legal most areas of Africa for dangerous game. I still feel that the 375 is about the smallest caliber that could be considered sufficiently effective.
