Quote: Yes - this is true, I agree. I bought a 9.3x57 from them some years back, with the bore listed as minor pitting, slightly dark but shootable. After a good scrub, the bore was more clearly described as perfect, no pits & shot 1" to sub 1" with most bullet weights! My last rifle from them, a 6.5x55 Varberger, listed as very good bore, was also what I would call perfect. No visible throat erosion, no pits - looking like a new barrel. |
