I’m taking this personally but I also think I have an obligation to the community to change this type of behavior and not let unethical and incompetent builders get away with this sort of thing. I have two staff attourneys so it won’t cost me anything to prosecute and since I am sueing Kevi Weaver personally for damages and the risk he knowingly put me in, a ruling will be enforceable even if he collapses his LLC.
