I think the Mauser M03 is one of the best take down rifles, you can change a barrel in less than a minute ,maybe a bit longer, if you have to change mag and bolt head ,with the Custom full threaded rifles ,they cost the earth ,and unless built by a very talented ,gunsmith machinist ,are going to be a not good thing ,failing that, just take your action and barrel out of the stock for travelling, and assemble when you arrive and use a Torque wrench to get it back to correct tension and test fire ,which you should do anyway .
