I run an Aimpoint 9000L on my 416Rigby. They have various sized sights. Don't seem to notice the sight tube on mine H2 I have.

Battery life is long, as in years if left on the lowest setting. The Swedes originally had them designed to work on 20mm anti aircraft cannons. Don't know if they still that tough but some of the test I have seen them put through would indicate they are.
