Tugs are the pre Noslers of the day...mostly they blow the front end off sending chards of metal everywhere, and the base will penetrate a tank on a raking shot..small exit holes can be expected and internal damage is abundant..All in all they are a killing bitch and work everytime...I used them on one extended trip to Africa in a 9.3x62 and they performed as described above and killed very well indeed. I would shoot a Cape Buffalo with a 9.3 tug without hesitation and many of our European hunters use that very bullet on Buffalo in their 9.3x64s...

The 9.3x64 and that tug bullet make a one gun-one load safari very doable...
