I have no problem whatsoever with seeing my clients pitch up with a .375 H&H. I always advise them to bring the largest calibre they can shoot confidently and competently and most of them use the good old .375 H&H. After all this calibre must have killed more African game than all the others put together.

However, (IMO) it's not enough gun for a PH to use in a dangerous game area............... let alone on a dangerous game hunt. I don't even regard a .416 as sufficient calibre for a PH who operates in a (thick skinned) dangerous game area.
