.500-.450 3 1/4" are easy enough to form from readily (at least in the USA) available Jamison .416-.500
True, the headstamp will not be correct and the cases will be a couple of hunredths short of 3 1/4" but like the .470 to .500 conversion it results in quite usable brass.
Of course Bertram does make proper .500-.450 3 1/4 headstamped brass, but they are out of stock at US suppliers and very expensive
