600 Nitro Express 2"

Does anyone know a little about this cartridge?
In my mind it is just a 600 Nitro cut down to 2" but in this photo it looks more like a 577 NE or 577 Snider trimmed and expanded for .620" bullets.
That is the only reference I've seen to it.
