Quote:Quote: Could well be but I have had nothing but problems with 2 out of 3 Ruggers I have owned. A No.1 in 375H&H, not a problem at all, should never have sold it. Ruger No1 in 303 Brit, no matter what I did could not stop it vertical string a group over 5 inches at 100mt. Replaced under warranty, replacement is gold. 77 Mk2 action was warped, discovered this way to late for warranty, replaced with a hawkeye action, is good. I was trying to find a Rugger 77 in 416 Rigby but at $550 more than a CZ550 I could not justify it. The Ruger was $2150 and the CZ550 was $1600 at the time. |
