24.3" seems to me. They had a fairly long barrel.
I have Hodgdon's latest manual and it lists H414 and W760 as the same powder(Identical ballistics) and do not list 748 with any bullet weights, not even the 200gr. .375Win, bullet, nor the H&H 235gr. Speer.
