Chris, Ah hah, on the other side of GGpark. It "could" be magazine follower and or feed rails or feed ramp or maybe a rough spot on the bolt face or "God only knows". I would run my finger underneath the right (and left) feed rail to see if there might be a little ity bity rough spot. BUT it sure sounds like too much spring tension to me given that the last 2 rounds feed okay. Or the right rail has been filed back too much and the bullet nose points up too high or maybe a little of both. Could also be feed ramp but that normally shows up as "it feeds okay when cycled slowly but not when he bolt is worked fast". Given that a lot of "gunsmiths" have been "working" on it the idea of sending to CZ-usa comes to mind. It might have had the wrong follower or spring installed when it was built and instead of sending back to CZ guys just kept hacking on it to try and "fix it". It most certainly wouldn't hurt to give them a call. After all they built the gun to start with... Please do let me know what the solution is. Roi |
