You seem to have your 404 gas check supply sorted although aluminium also makes good gas checks and is likely easier to get in a range of thicknesses than copper. I imagine it is also softer so easier to use to make checks using the die and punch sets. I have used aluminium checks on my 404 cast bullets and notice no difference in performance between them and copper.
Von Gruff has supplied me with his cast bullets and aluminium checks, one of his bullets with his own made aluminium checks in place below.
