Bonanza, regards the name of the thread the 50BMG is a fine weapon, but right at the very bottom end of the bigbores they belong to.

The Ultimate in the personal weapon shoulder fired anti material category are the 20mm's, including the old anti tank rifles(solothurn, lahti etc.).
These have to be lugged by their poor owners by handle, wheels or sled, weighing usually 50-100lbs, and achieving up to 40,000ftlbs to the 50BMG's 13,000 or so.

Now that's genitalia material.

The 50BMG can be carried out of the car to the shooting bench, set up, and fired by a 14 year old girl.
