Well, the Whitworth is finally in my safe keeping

, and what a beauty! Lovely wood, lots of color, and a lovely finish

. She's a shooter too

. I put a Leupold 1.75X6 on her, and took her out to the range for some test firing. I was shooting some Remington Safari Grade Ammo, with the 300 grain Swift A-Frame, and 3, 3 shot groups at 100 yards were all 3/4" or less

. I'll try and get some pics of the rifle posted for everyone to drool over.
