This thread has made me wonder what the recoil is doing to our brains - I wonder if we may eventually develop the problems that boxers get.

It would be interesting to look at ways of reducing the risk (apart from not shooting big guns, which is really not possible). I may try and video shooting with and without a shot bag between the butt and shoulder and see if it results in less and/or slower head movements.
