I can't speak from experience on BRNOs but Model 70 Push Feeds that have that the magazine replaced with the 375 box, the 375 follow, the shortened bolt stop and the rails straightened at the rear won't reliably feed 375s. I suspect the problem is caused by the 375 H&H having a shoulder diameter that is only about the size of a 270 Win.

On the hand I had a Rem 700 in 416 Remington which would feed 375s perfectly, 300 Wins perfectly and also 270 Winchesters perfectly. Of course for the 270s we had to point the gun in the air so the cartridge could fall back out.

If you rebarrel and wants sights fitted then you might find rebarreling is not cost effective plus being a pain in the arse.
