I've never owned a CZ, but from what I've read, with a little tweaking are a good, solid, functional rifle. I have a couple of Model 70s that I'm quite satisfied with. I also own a Ruger 77 in 416 Rigby. It's a little heavy, but that weight helps manage the recoil. I don't have any experience with the 416 Remington, so I'll let others comment on it.
