So the Alaskan model did come with a wooden stock? From what I'd heard the Alaskan only came in synthetic stock. I guess that's what we've got here. Interesting I don't recall seeing ads for the gun in the 80's. I'd be curious to see one. At any rate, I'll be putting a synthetic stock on it eventually. Our weather/conditions here in SE AK demand it.
