Thanks for your reply. 500 Nitro I generally use Leupold as they are the best value for the money, by far. The advantage of a Swarovski 1X-6X EE is that it has constant eye relief of 4.9 inches. While the Leupold 1.5X-5X VXIII varies from 5.2 to 3.5 inches depending on the power. I have my Swarovski 1X-6X EE mounted on a Kimber Caprivi in 375 H&H Mag. I am look at purchasing a Dakota and the Nickel might offer something different.
