It will be a nice rifle , but if you hunt with this year is imho not sure ! The problem is international :
Expected time for one of my big bores 3 months , real time 1 1/2 year . Altogether a good time .
A new stock for a DR , expected time 6 months , real time 2 years .
In Germany you have sometimes to wait 6 years for a rifle by some very good gunmakers !
The whole process have been taken almost 4 years, Frikkie the gunsmith who is building it for me is only working on my rifle now, we should have it blued by the end of next week and then it must go to the SABS for proofing. I might just be lucky.
