For a .585 caliber rifle, what weight, velocity and barrel length would you opt for? (750gr bullets, no scope)

I'm thinking 25-26" barrel, 2200fps, 13lbs? Anyone with an experience in this bore size make a suggestion on weights?

And no muzzle brakes/porting.
Would be built to English lines.
