Hello all, I am new to this board and pretty much to big bore rifles as well. I do have a Browning A-bolt in .375H@H which I love, but I guess I always considered it a medium bore. My question is ... what is the next logical and usefull step upward in power from my 375. Would like to find a caliber that is available "off the shelf" without breaking the bank (from what I've read, the 416 Rigby is very expensive to feed). I am intrigued by the low cost of a CZ 550 but, have also read about the cracking issue. What do you all think? Thanks in advance, Vlad |
