Is there a rough guide / % that gives a maximum load but I take your point start from the 40% suggested point and work up slowly.

You referenced jackets bullets, I didn't think you could shoot should that low velocity loads with jacketed bullets. Interesting I will try and get a copy of the original wording from Accurate manual.
