I recently purchased a 600 OK which was built by Wayne. I came into the build at its completion but I have had a very attentive and available relationship with Wayne since. He is very quick to respond and is available by phone most of the time.
I received the rifle this week and spent a short time shooting it today. Fabulous. I will be shooting again Tuesday- 900 grain swagged bullets at 2100 plus is the goal with lots of room to reach higher velocity if I can take the recoil. The Brass round is a 725 grain bullet made available by Dr. Rob Garnick. The target show my first two rounds fired. The other two bullets are 900 grain swagged bullets and show what happens if the rounds are not crimped in tight enough. My cannelure tool barely etches into the soldered core jacket. It makes a difference as can be seen in the other round that was not crimped at all and driven deep by the recoil.
